13+ years ago, the Permian Basin Section-SEPM recognized a need for providing a solid educational background for the young professionals entering their respective fields.

As a society driven to educate, PBS-SEPM fashioned a multi-disciplined field trip course for young professionals, new hires, and interns based upon the concept that many companies within the petroleum business have adopted a team atmosphere.

PBS-SEPM has great expectations that attendees will come away from this trip with a rudimentary sense of the collaborative benefits to be derived from the multi-disciplinarian efforts which is essential of those petroleum companies, large and small, who are repeatedly successful.
